Our vision describes how we see the future of North Netherlands. Our mission sets out what we find important and what we aim to achieve. The values are about how we do our work. Vision, mission and values combine to
give Noorderpoort its own identity. Our identity reflects who we are and what we stand for. It sets out what binds and distinguishes us. Our identity makes the difference. It decides whether pupils, staff, businesses and other external partners opt for Noorderpoort or another ROC.
